Reading about companies like Valve or github without any management, I wonder how other departments like Customer Support or Accounting (anything that is more of a day-to-day job) are organized.<p>I guess I understand how and why this type of company can success without any structure when it comes to development or design. But how do you get 20 support folks to work their shifts without management or someone how coordinates this.<p>Maybe anyone around here knows how this is handled at these companies?
