Title needs correcting from "US" to "us"<p>As is, it implies there is a concerted effort by the United States to
help people in North Korea.<p>The "us" in question is Human Rights Foundation which happens to be in
the United States, but under the current regime is probably faring as
well as if it were based in North Korea. Maybe the North Koreans can
later return the USB sticks with something to help Americans.
