We are a pair of bootstrapped founders with several failed products behind us (ouch!)<p>While looking for our next thing, we came across a few idea validator sites but all were paywalled and basically wrappers around GPT without much added value, giving us generic LLM fluff.<p>So, we built ShouldIBuild.it, a tool that lets you validate your ideas based on a database of nearly 100k (and growing) previous launches. We analyzed more than 50k pages of reviews, comments to extract use and buy signals and to be able to give personalized recommendations and a quick overview of the market.<p>In the process of tackling this fun problem, we ended up creating a framework to place each idea into one of 10 categories (we know.. sounds like the conjoined triangles of success..) We're sure there'll be many misses and false predictions but we wanted to stop tinkering and ask people to give it a go instead.<p>Would love some feedback. What's missing? What would make this better? We have a lot of ideas, but if there's one thing you learn from a series of failed ideas is to listen to users instead of yourself :D<p>Many thanks!
