A College Student Accidentally Broke the Laws of Thermodynamics

Saying this college student broke the laws of thermodynamics is like a person watching a plane for the first time saying the plane is breaking the laws of gravity.

Anyone know anything about this or can evaluate this claim?<p>Seems like a major thing if it’s true that would inspire an entire new area research.
