US tech tariff exemption may only be temporary, says Lutnick

Who&#x27;s going to bother to invest in American manufacturing when the tariff &quot;strategy&quot; changes daily?<p>How many times will the tariffs shift between Lutnick&#x27;s comments here and 1 month from now?<p>Uncertainty does not encourage investment. So, we probably shouldn&#x27;t believe them when they say that&#x27;s why they&#x27;re doing this.

That was close. We almost had clarity on something for a minute.
