If I were the elderly parent, being on the receiving end of this would be the worst thing. Certainly worse than being ignored by my children. Them using this says that they weren't just too busy to think of you, but they had time to think of you and consider you a burden to be foisted off on a machine.<p>Talk about adding insult to injury.<p>We truly do seem to be living in the worst possible future.
