China has stopped exporting rare earths to everyone, not just the U.S.

Near as I can tell, this MSN article is a re-post of a fortune.com article that pulls most of its reporting from a NYT article that it doesn't link to, and that (according to MSN's take), mostly just references "sources" and "industry sources." Not saying it isn't true, just putting it out there in case it helps anybody.

Time for the EU to invest in protecting Greenland from the U.S.
