Is AI Making Me Lazy?

Chess players who want to get better are encouraged to review their chess games before switching on the analysis engine. That simple act of laziness prevents cementing what needs to be learned in one’s brain.

This also pertains to education too. How do we teach essays or any type of writing when it is so much easier to just ask GPT to do it?
