I had Claude take a whack at what my most pressing tasks were based on my emails. After searching through 17 emails, they came back with the following (obfuscated) list:
Based on my search of your emails from today, here are the tasks Michael Smith has specifically assigned to you:
Horizon Project Tasks:
Set up a separate AI platform account for Robert Johnson using his team email (which you have already done)
Check styling on the Horizon emails (CMS and platform standard emails)
Change the default blue to white and add the logo to emails
Run through Lisa's website launch checklist for the Horizon site
TG Design Adjustments:
Product grid images: Make images have a consistent height like VRS (virtualretailsolutions.com/shop/)
Other product page adjustments (additional details would be in the email body)
The most pressing tasks appear to be:
Completing the Horizon email styling adjustments
Running through the website launch checklist for Horizon
Making the TG design adjustments for product grids and pages
---
This captured some of the more pressing tasks, but not all of them. Just thought I'd share a little example of how Claude does with the Gmail integration.
