I've read once there are very few things that can change your personality. I dont think even becoming a billionaire changes your personality. But, cosmetic surgery is one of those things that can actually do that. Elon, with his hair transplant, jaw implants, and who knows what else, might have experienced just that. So he's becoming his idea of a tough guy, i guess. Though he's still quite awkward to me.
