The UK paid to put lots of renewable energy sources in Scotland, so when they are working, Scotland is making cheap energy for the UK.
That doesn't mean Scotland gets lower bills than the rest of the UK, for obvious reason<p>Anyway, as battery prices continue to decline, all Europe will have steadily cheaper clean energy.
