Sad, export licenses were supposed to restrict export military purpose tech. Now it is used as an economic pressure tool.<p>But I don't understand how the export license can be enforced when all the tech is already developed and produced outside in Asia and US has at most the assembly.<p>Anyway, looks like a good reason to reduce presence in us instead of extend for such a manufacturer.
