In appendix C, I find it surprising that only 10% of students disagreed they could explain how AI worked. They caveated with "in general terms", but I would like to see exactly what sort of general terms the respondents were considering.<p>I also noticed there didn't seem to be any questions about if the students felt their own use of AI was harmful to their education or if anyone has ever made that case to them. There are questions asking about harm in general, but a few questions about harm to themselves would be interesting to compare with the questions about harm to society at large. Would the rates be roughly equal, or is the thought that harm to general society is more/less likely than harm to self?
