Trump Scoffs at SCOTUS Due Process Requirements

Due process isn&#x27;t supposed to be <i>convenient</i> for the prosecution. It&#x27;s supposed to make the prosecution <i>do their job</i>, which is to <i>prove</i> that the defendant deserves whatever is about to be done to them.
