Trump says China tariffs will drop 'substantially – but it won't be zero'

Very much declaring victory while admitting defeat, here. Did anyone ever suggest it would be zero, Donald? Was it zero before?

I wonder if China will drop its restrictions, such as on the export of rare metals, even if he would lower the tarrifs to zero.

Looking forward to the next chapters. Let&#x27;s see if Trump dropping some of the tarrifs will make China drop some too.
