The ToS for the site goes against what the whitepaper says.

People need to own a phone to be able to use this. I'm pretty confident in being able to say that not every human alive owns a phone, and probably not every human alive wants to own a phone.<p>A majority of people are able to use it technically.<p>What protection does this system have against CMEs?
It is not a question of if a Carrington-class CME will hit Earth again, it is a question on when it will hit earth again.
