Deep dive into BIOS settings with AMD engineers [video]

Content does not match description. Video is titled: "Building Cheap & Efficient Home Servers with... Laptops?" and contains no in depth deep dive on bios (nor do laptops tend to offer great bios, generally).

I learned a lot about obscure and often misunderstood BIOS settings. They are completely right, if you search forums people will willy nilly recommend BIOS changes but not understand the implications where changes cause worse performance or worse efficiency/thermals.
