Hi guys,<p>I am seeing more and more people getting frustrated with their bank for a variety of reasons. If you were in charge of their mobile and web platform - what changes would you make? What new ideas would you introduce?<p>Me...I'd start with my bank allowing me to undertake webchat! I have to login, pass through crazy levels of security to realise I need to ask someone a question about my account - the only way I can do this is to ring them up and pass through the same security I have just gone through online!
