"After mining the complete rubygems.org repository we performed some network analysis and visualized the complete Ruby Ecosystem by looking at the relationships between developers and gems. We then performed cluster analysis to see how the gems and developers are clustered throughout the ecosystem. Clusters are defined as groups of nodes (e.g gems, developers) with a high density of links (i.e. edges) within the groups and loose density between them"<p>A good way would be to start off by providing some preliminary information and data that you mined and the departmental affiliation from the University. It seems and sounds sounds a little odd.
