Seer SEO Toolbox

Can someone point me to some decent, relevant SEO resources? I feel like I'm behind the times here.<p>I need to understand how to take the information in Google Analytics and put that into ACTIONS.<p>I'm working specifically on <a href="http://howacarworks.com" rel="nofollow">http://howacarworks.com</a> as this is solely driven by advertising revenue. It's quality content, well delivered, but Google really isn't giving me much in the way of traffic or ranking.

I'm struggling to understand what it means by "copy and paste the compiled seer.min.js" into a google doc and that's it.<p>All I get is either the file path if I use Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V or I get presented with all the JS if I try and drag it into a blank doc.<p>Does this need to be a spreadsheet or something?
