HackerWeb App Fixed for Windows Phone

OK so I took it upon myself to fix the HackerWeb App WP8 viewport bug has nobody has bothered to look into it for the last few months.<p>You can all now enjoy reading it on your Lumia 920 and HTC 8X the Azure hosted site.
