CarWoo! is looking for an outcome driven UX/UI designer that has a deep appreciation for simple and intuitive interface design. You are skilled in interaction, experience and visual design and will be responsible for facilitating the design process on new/existing projects, from participating in group ideation, research, and testing to providing deliverables (gasp!) like flows, wireframes, polished comps, etc.<p>This position is full-time and is based in our main offices in downtown Burlingame, CA (15 mins South of San Francisco, 20 mins North of Palo Alto, close to the CalTrain stations). We welcome applications from people anywhere in the United States, plus we help with moving expenses.<p>Qualifications:<p>3+ years design experience (less if you're flat out awesome, more is even better)<p>A portfolio showcasing strong web UX/UI design skills with both web and mobile<p>A champion of product design and usability principles, you have to know why you believe what you believe<p>Strong familiarity with the tools of the trade. Like UXPin instead of Balsamiq? Use it.<p>You can design tests, user stories, wireframes, flows, and awesome finished comps.<p>Basic prototyping skills (HTML, CSS, Javascript).<p>The ability to collaborate within a small team, great personal and communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fluid work environment.<p>Stay up to date with what’s going on in the design world.<p>What does CarWoo! do?<p>We exist to create the best car buying and selling experience online.
