MobileWorks is looking for a talented UI designer to help visualize the future of virtual work. We are building an online, massively distributed workplace -- a fantastic opportunity for someone to tackle super interesting design challenges while having a big influence over how the MobileWorks platform looks, feels, and operates. We’re going to throw you into the fire and it’ll be great.<p>About You:<p>You have a passion for clean, modern visual design and creating engaging customer experiences through. You should be well-versed in UX principles and should be able to write clean HTML/CSS and even some Javascript. You are ready to be the steward of the company’s visual identity. You love the idea of being a part of a business that does good in the world.<p>It might be a match if you have:<p>* Experience designing real products for the Web
* Experience creating production-ready html and css
* A strong, clean, innovative, visual design sense and a vigilant attention to detail.
* Excellent knowledge of Adobe CS
* The ability to turn wireframes and mockups into high quality, workable front-end designs
* Information design skills<p>Bonus points if you have:<p>* Fluency with javascript
* Experience with Icon or illustration work
* Experience designing for mobile devices
* Previous startup experience
