Weebly helps entrepreneurs create a site, blog, or online store they are proud to share.<p>The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights across numerous functions. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the core metrics behind SaaS and subscriptions businesses, and will run reports and build dashboards to measure these core trends.<p>Responsibilities<p>Develop and deliver ad-hoc analyses to support marketing and business decision-making;
Provide operational support to various teams to ensure proper execution of sales and marketing programs;
Build and maintain regular reports and dashboards to measure and present core metrics and trends in the business (note: we have a BI system, so these tasks do not require programming);
Research and provide underlying trends behind fluctuation in metrics;
Go on occasional “fishing expeditions” to uncover new insights;<p>Desired Skills and Experience<p>Relevant BA/BS degree required
Experience conducting statistical data analyses, with in-depth understanding of experimental design, sampling, test and control, and hypothesis test analyses (A/B test, Multivariate test, etc.)
Experience analyzing user behavior for online services, especially SaaS/subscription driven businesses
Expert knowledge of Excel, (pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player, able to work with cross-functional teams
High energy with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment
(bonus) Experience analyzing very large datasets with tools like SQL (Teradata, Oracle, or MySQL), R, Mathematica or Map/Reduce jobs<p>Perks
