We're building a predictive analytics product that helps companies know when their customers are about to leave them, and for what reason. Our product is still rough around the edges, but it works and companies have found us useful, and crucial to how they interact with their customers.
There’s a lot of things to work on at Framed-—we still need to build large scale systems and data pipelines to process, analyze, train and productionize models for our growing number of customers and users. You either have extensive experience hacking in it, or have a great aptitude to pick up an amazing functional programming language.
We are looking for engineers in the following three focus areas:
- Distributed systems/operations
- Machine learning
- Front-end/Data visualization (We're using Om, a wrapper on top of Facebook's React)
Benefits:
- Fully covered Health, Dental, Vision insurance for you, your spouse or domestic partner, and dependents
- 401k/IRA with company matching
- Open vacation policy, and encouraged quarterly vacations
- Flexible work hours/locations
- Transit Stipend
- Gym/Wellness Stipend
- Parental and honeymoon leave
- 7 days paid volunteer leave
- $5,000 toward your work environment (laptop, accessories, etc.)
- Thomson will cook breakfast every Thursday
We're generous with equity and salary.
