Guests refuse to leave Airbnb host's house

Hopefully AirBNB will add some sort of disclaimer or inform owners about each state&#x27;s renting laws. And hopefully someone listing their property will investigate this as well before doing it.<p>Understand that the lister took a risk, but this is absurd.
