I've been very ill for two years and noone told me about food combining, not even my dcotors and specialists and honestly I am outraged. I have seen a ton of documentaries and read about Weston Price, a dentist who traveled the world to examine why natives are so healthy, have beautiful teeth, without any cavities.
There are some apps out there but all that I could find grossly lacking. Why isn't there an app which would suggest an optimal meal based on the goals I want to achieve and what I'd like to eat. Counting all nutrients, calculating optimal digestion and time. Guiding me all day? Cronometer is not enough and it sucks.
