Large companies who are affected by the problem of diversity in their workforce are sharing their numbers and everyone is talking about how bad the problem is.<p>Is it a problem that startups cannot solve or improve drastically? Is there anyone moving the needle in a significant way?<p>My question stems from my limited experience talking to diversity commentators and experts who all refer to research studies, but none to any real game changing solutions, in my narrow view.<p>what do you think of the problem? or have you've encountered startups addressing along any part of the funnel? (hiring, wages, performance reviews, career progression, leadership, etc)
