I am a Visionary who is constantly thinking and studying about building a delightful product. I'm passionate about tech startups, growing an amazing products, and creating processes. I love to implement ideas and aim for positive results. I'm a confident manager who encourages my team to execute and continue on a great path by constantly adapting or making changes.

Having founded 2 profitable startups and a non-profit, I understand what startups need to be successful. Learning new technology, coding languages and learning new tools is part of my daily life. What gets keeps me excited? The evolution of technology, knowledge and life.

I have 10 years of experience in the Technical Recruitment space and have helped companies of all sizes hire at all levels of experience. In addition, I've trained and mentored dozens of recruiters. I've always been a teacher and I will always be a student.

When I'm not helping a startup grow or developing my skills, I write poetry, novels, plays, songs, performance art pieces and instrumental compositions. I began teaching private music lessons at age 14. As a double bassist, cellist and guitarist I've commissioned/premiered new works from 150+ composers including Karlheinz Stockhausen, Ned Rorem, Alan Hovhaness and Yoko Ono. I've given 3000+ performances over my lifetime.
